To help boost your energy (and support your milk supply), we'd like to share our favourite delicious, wholesome, vegan, super easy to make smoothie bowl recipe to brighten your day and ensure you are nourishing your body! This bowl can be enjoyed for breakfast to kickstart the day, or any meal really (who even knows what day or time it is?😅).
Smoothie bowl
- 2 bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxmeal
- 1 medjool date
- A splash of plant based milk
🍌 Blend all of these ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Toppings
- Franjos Muesli for your melons
- Sliced strawberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
