Refund policy

Order Amendment or Cancellation

If you need to amend your order, update the shipping address, or cancel your order, please email us at hello@franjoskitchen.com. For orders placed in the morning, contact us by 12pm the same day (weekdays only). For orders placed in the afternoon, contact us by 12pm the next day. Please note, orders are fulfilled from 12pm daily, and we cannot make changes or cancellations after this time.

Refunds

Franjos Kitchen does not accept returns, unless faulty or wrongly described.

At Franjos Kitchen, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have directly purchased any of our products from Franjos Kitchen and have an issue with a faulty or wrongly described product, we will offer you a refund, with proof of purchase and issues. However, if you have purchased our products from a retailer, any refund or exchange must be handled through the respective retailer's policies and procedures. We encourage you to contact the retailer directly for assistance with returns or exchanges in such cases. For all purchases made directly from Franjos Kitchen, our dedicated customer support team will be more than happy to assist you with any queries or concerns regarding the returns process.
