Shipping policy
For orders placed before 11am on weekdays, we aim to fulfill and dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 11am will be fulfilled and dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Times
- Express Orders: Typically, 1 to 4 business days, depending on the location (regional or metropolitan).
- Standard Orders: Typically, 2 to 8 business days.
Please note that delivery times may be affected by regional differences and unforeseen circumstances such as floods or other natural events.
Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of AUD$11
- Express shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of AUD$14
- Free shipping applies to orders over AUD$150 (Applies to Australian and New Zealand orders only. Does not apply to wholesale orders). Free shipping will utilise Standard Australia Post shipping (within Australia) and standard Post Haste shipping (within New Zealand). Please note that different free shipping requirements may apply to sales events.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided upon order fulfillment and dispatch. It will be sent to the email used when placing the order.
International Shipping
Middle East: Due to airport closures and disruptions, our logistics partners have suspended all shipments to the Middle East. We are currently unable to deliver to Bahrain, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates. United States: Franjos Kitchen has currently paused shipping to the United States while we explore solutions to minimise costs and delays to our customers. We can ship internationally and International Express and Standard Australia Post rates are shown at checkout. For larger orders, please contact us at hello@franjoskitchen.com and we can provide a shipping estimate based on what you would like to order. Upon agreement, an invoice will be sent for upfront payment before fulfillment and dispatch of the order.
Lost or Damaged Goods
Please check tracking of your order. If the item still has not been delivered within the required time, please check the package has not been left somewhere on your premises or with a neighbor before contacting us. Franjo's Kitchen is not responsible for lost or damaged goods. Please ensure the address is correct before completing your order.
