The Baby & Child Collective
As you all know, Franjo’s kitchen started on an intersection in Kingsville, Melbourne.
Jo and Fran met at the lights while walking their babies and following that chance meeting, they created Franjo’s Kitchen.
However what some of you might not know is that Fran moved back to New Zealand in early 2017 after nearly 10 years in Melbourne.
Seeking connection with like-minded businesses, our friends Nature Baby introduced Fran to a meeting of like-minded New Zealand brands focussed on the baby and child market.
Introducing The Baby & Child Collective - A New Zealand story of innovation, care of people and place and a commitment to running values-led businesses.
Franjo’s Kitchen has teamed up with 8 iconic Kiwi babies' and children's brands to form a The Baby & Child Collective - built around our shared values as parents in business in New Zealand.
Together, we're showcasing the quality, innovation and ambition New Zealand can deliver.
As parents first, we believe in making quality products that are best for baby, best for parents, feature innovative design and where possible are good for the environment. Most of the products were designed through parental frustration or realisation so typical of the Kiwi can-do cry of ‘there must be a better way’.
It's critical to create a connection with our customers and to do this, the collective plans to tell its shared New Zealand story of innovation, care of people and place and their commitment to running values-led businesses.
