Ok totally personal review incoming. When I first got pregnant I was determined not to get sucked in by the consumerist industry. I kept getting ads for Franjos Kitchen and honestly ignored for as long as possibly until one day I was reccomended them by the Comfy Koalas nappy founder no less (another amazing brand) who said she knew woman behind Franjos and advocated for her product. I drunk this hydration drink through the last hot summer months of pregnancy and after giving birth at the hospital a midwife was really excited to see the bag next to my bed and told me the Franjos Founder used to work at that very hospital. Since then I have been buying a hydration bag every two weeks. Its a delicious and healthy treat which is working hard for me too! I love that this is made by a midwife and backed up by industry peers!

Every day in my yeti, twice a day. A scoop of pure goodness. 3pm slump fixed because too much caffeine (coffee) goes through breastmilk 🫠🫠 Also makes a great Christmas present for my SIL. Xx love it.

My 3 kids absolutely LOVE this product, we just had to order some ourselves! We recently spent time with family who had been using the franjos kitchen hydration powder and introduced us to it. My kids don’t reach for juice anymore, this is there constant go to. Before this hydration powder, I had tried a few other brands but never used it consistently as the taste wasn’t great or I didn’t feel a difference. With Franjos kitchen hydration powder, my water intake has increased and I feel good inside and out. Being a busy mama with so much on in a day, I need all the hydration I can get 🥰
Franjo's blood orange hydration drink is a must in our household! Absolutely delicious, hydrating and so good for both mum & a hit with the toddler (who also loves using the whizzer to make the drink!).
This is such a thoughtful box for the Mamas, also great as a postpartum gift. Particularly found the blood orange hydration power and choc chip cookies delicious, and noticed it helped increase my milk supply.
I wish I discovered this brand earlier! This is by far the best hydration powder I’ve tried - tasty and keeps my coming back for more. I was put off by other hydration powders as they weren’t tasty and made it difficult to keep myself discipline to stay hydrated. Will def keep having this throughout my current and future pregnancy and breastfeeding journey!

Super tasty! Great flavour and dissolves well with no chunky bits. I’ve also given to my daughter who loved it too, so great there’s no nastiest but she still feels like she’s getting a ‘treat’!

Every couple of months I save up a few weeks of my "pocket money" for this little mumma treat. This was no exception. I had one glorious serving. However, I wasn't the only one that wanted in on the goodness. That evening my toddler's little hand reached higher than I thought he could reach and pulled the whole bag down. I cried. (It was one of those days) I did manage to rescue some of it but I have to try hard not to think about the added "goodness" from my floor while sipping. 🤣 Immunity building, right?

Delicious! Finally found a tolerable electrolyte The electrolyte / hydration powder was recommended by a friend and I had to try it! This is a nice alternative to other electrolyte powders, and I feel refreshed once drinking it. Taste: I personally think it tastes like vitamin c and a blood orange flavour. I add it to a glass of cold water with ice and mix it well.. the best part? I can actually manage to finish the drink, I feel hydrated and it relives the nausea too.
Electrolytes for a Twin Mumma!. Purchased the bulk pack of hydration powders for the first time and accidentally bought in USD not NZD! As a mum of twin girls (currently 10weeks old) I clearly had brain fog but Aliza refunded the difference straight away and made me feel like it was ok and everything is easily rectified! This has been a daily staple postpartum, absolutely love it and definitely has meant I am staying hydrated as drinking 3 litres of plain water mid-Winter is unlikely for me. Definitely recommend the whizzer also as it can clump and take a while to get them out with a spoon.
