Marketing Manager

Part Time (3 days)
Remote, anywhere in Australia, occasional travel required. Franjos Kitchen is looking for a commercially minded, hands on Marketing Manager to own our marketing and execution across retail, wholesale and DTC. This role is about growing our reach and brand awareness, acquiring new customers and continuing to build & nurture the mums who already know and love us.Working remotely and reporting to our CEO, you'll own the marketing plan and its performance, working closely with our trade manager and team to bring activity to life.

What you'll own:

• Develop and execute the marketing strategy and annual calendar across retail, wholesale and DTC. 
• CRM across email in Klaviyo, end to end. Flows, campaigns, segmentation, database growth, retention, design and reporting. 
• Drive audience growth, brand awareness and customer acquisition across every channel.
• Plan marketing activity around launches, campaigns, promotions and key trading moments alongside our CEO.
• Campaign creative in Canva / Figma for email, web and paid, and briefing our socials team, so everything lands as one campaign. 
• Oversee our paid media agency. 

About you: 

• You're a commercial, growth minded marketer who can think strategically while still getting into the detail and making things happen. 
• You have 4+ years in a similar role, have run marketing for a small brand, and know how to get things done fast.
• Klaviyo and Shopify proficiency. 
• You’re genuinely obsessed with the idea of working with a mum centric brand.
